We handle every step of the process, including:

• Preparation and delivery of all notices required by the Texas Property Code and the lease agreement, including Notices to Vacate and other applicable lease violation notices.
• Verification that all notice periods, delivery methods, and documentation comply with Texas law.
• Communication with tenants regarding lease violations, unpaid rent, and required corrective actions.
• Preparation and filing of eviction documents with the appropriate Justice Court.
• Representation of the property owner as the owner's authorized agent throughout the eviction process, where permitted by Texas law.
• Coordination of the writ of possession, if necessary, to ensure the property is legally returned to the owner.

From the initial notice to the day the property is returned to your possession, we manage the process so you don't have to. Every required notice is prepared by a licensed Texas real estate professional, ensuring your eviction begins on a solid legal foundation while minimizing costly delays and procedural errors.
